Glass Marble Magnets

Description

What can you do with these photo magnets? Use them to hang more pictures or artwork from the kids, of course!

Skill level:  easy

What you'll need:

  • Favorite pictures
  • Large flat-backed glass marbles
  • Magnets
  • Clear drying silicon-based glue
  • Pen or marker
  • Scissors
  • Oversized candy tin

How to Make It

  1. Make mini prints at a KODAK Picture Kiosk
  2. Trace around marble on photo and cut out

    TIP: Look for marbles in the jewelry/glass arts section of your craft store. Those found in the floral department may be too small.

  3. Spread glue on flat side of marble

    TIP: Glue will spread when photo and magnet are attached so be careful—a little goes a long way!

  4. Attach photo face side up to glue
  5. Glue magnet to back of photo

    TIP: Use strong magnets that will support the weight of the marble plus whatever will be hung using the magnet.

  6. Let dry thoroughly before hanging
