  2. Cut one craft stick in half for the sides of the frame
  3. Paint craft sticks white
  4. Glue craft sticks in square or rectangular shape
  5. Cut construction paper hat, mittens, boots and glue to craft sticks
  6. Make hole in hat and attach ribbon
  7. Cut photo to fit and tape to back of frame
